 cookery course 1 - CopyThe style of our courses is relaxed and informal with everyone having the chance to be hands on with creating the dishes. Tonino will arrive at your apartment and help you cook a variety of dishes that form either a lunch or evening meal. This of course can then be enjoyed once the aprons are off and a glass of wine is in your hand!

Below is a sample menu, if you would like to change a dish or course or have any specific dietary requirements then just let us know.

DOLCE :Dessert TORTA DI RICOTTA – Ricotta cake

cookery course 3 - CopyAntonio Loffa is from Southern Italy and thoroughly enjoys sharing the dishes from his homeland as well as from other regions of Italy. As with all great Italian dishes, ingredients are simple and of the highest quality, but the real magic comes from the passion and love that Tonino has for cooking.

Chef Service

Lunch or dinner prepared for you at your apartment. Just tell us when and where, what you would like and we will do the rest. You can choose between authentic Italian dishes prepared by Tonino or International fare prepared by ‘the Doorstep Chef’ Adje. No hunting for the right restaurant or concerns about who gets to drink or drive!

Our food philosophy

cookery course 4 - Copy We only use fresh food, we grow our own organic vegetables and rear hens for their eggs. For what we don’t grow we source as locally as we can and whenever possible, organic. We buy direct from farmers and producers to help support the continuance of small independent growers and our local economy. Growing our own or buying direct also means we can offer organic at a more affordable price. Please ask us about any specialist foods that you would like, vegetarian, vegan, gluten /dairy free etc.
